1983 Opinions

In 1976, Nevada's Ethics in Government Law was ruled unconstitutional in its entirety by the Nevada Supreme Court, and the law was subsequently repealed by the Nevada Legislature. No opinions were issued between 1976 and 1983.  See, Dunphy v. Sheehan, 92 Nev 259, 549 P.2d 322 (1976).
