Commissioner Lamboley is a lawyer and arbitrator, and admitted in WI and NV, U.S. Courts of Appeals (1st, 4th, 5th, 6th 8th, 9th and D.C. Circuits) and U.S. Supreme Court. He has served as general counsel for a transportation trade association in Washington, D.C.. He has held appointments as Commissioner on the Interstate Commerce Commission, Washington, D.C.(1984-1990, Vice Chairman –1987), Judge Pro Tem in the Reno Municipal Court and Law Clerk to Justice David Zenoff, Nevada Supreme Court. Mr. Lamboley was educated at the University of Notre Dame (B.S.) and University of Wisconsin (J.D.).
