Commissioner Keele received his Juris Doctorate in 1975 from Willamette University College ofLaw and was admitted to the Nevada Bar September 1975. He has been admitted to practicebefore the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Between 1975 and 1980, Commissioner Keele served as Deputy Attorney General to Robert F. List and Richard H. Bryan. He has had a privatepractice of law in Gardnerville, Minden and Carson City, Nevada since 1980 to date. The areas of focus of Mr. Keele's law practice include municipal law, public utilities law, transportationlaw, probate and guardianship law, adoptions, planning and zoning. Commissioner Keele hasserved on the Executive Board for the Nevada Area Council of Boy Scouts of America for 27years.
